ONE Travel Conference for Shopping, Dining & Cultural Tourism August 20-22, 2018, Napa, California

Shop America Alliance and the U.S. Cultural & Heritage Tourism Marketing Council  will present the annual ONE Travel Conference for Shopping, Dining and Cultural Tourism, August 20-22, at the Embassy Suites in Napa, California. This year’s conference theme is “Charting Your Course to Success.” This is the 8th annual ONE Travel Conference and the 21st annual Shop America Tourism Conference.  The conference brings together leaders in the retail, tourism and cultural & heritage sectors.

More than 25 expert tourism presenters along with retail and tourism leaders will participate at the conference to share case studies and innovative ideas on how to maximize success in global tourism, with a focus on addressing new opportunities for business development and growth for the travel industry.  Keynote Presenters include Caroline Beteta, President & CEO, Visit California; Fred Bruning, CEO, CenterCal Properties; Helen Marano, Executive Vice President of External Affairs, World Travel & Tourism Council; Lisa Quier Wagner, Principal, The Outlet Resource Group; and Rati Dhodapkar, CEO, East West India Marketing. Two Receptions provide networking with wine country ambience where the ONE Silent Auction will be held to benefit Tourism Cares. The annual SASI-ONE Awards for innovative tourism marketing will be presented including the TravMedia Journalist of the Year, the Cultural & Heritage Destination of the Year and a special Lifetime Achievement Award. The 2018 Shop America White Paper on International Inbound Tours trends will be presented and shared with all delegates. A special session on Monday afternoon, August 20, will focus on Shop America Alliance’s 3-year strategic plan development and USCHT’s new leadership direction.  Delegates do not need to be members of Shop America Alliance or US Cultural & Heritage Tourism Marketing Council to attend ONE Travel Conference.
